Most trainee solicitors will do their Relevant Legal Training from July – December in the year they graduate from university, and before commencing Part A. They will do their Practice Training after their Part B, together with the NUS and SMU law graduates.

While we generally welcome applications for Relevant Legal Training and Training Contracts all year round, foreign returning graduates would typically apply after they have obtained their second year examination results. Graduates from local universities would be expected to provide at a minimum their second year examination results.
