TSMP Trainee Solicitor, Nadia Samdin, appointed Singapore's youngest District Councillor for South East CDC

18 Jul 2014

Community programmes and volunteerism are very much a part of TSMP's DNA. We are thus very proud to announce that Nadia, who will be called to the Bar this August, has been appointed Singapore's youngest District Councillor.

Nadia has been volunteering as a youth leader in the South East CDC and on the National Youth Council for 10 years and continues to want to make a difference. "South East CDC feels like my second family", says Nadia, "my generation was so blessed to grow up with many opportunities to support community causes and I hope that in transiting from school-goers to young working adults, we don't lose that sense of 'giving back'".

Well done, Nadia!

TSMP Associate Appointed as NUS Adjunct Tutor

02 Apr 2014

Kelvin Koh, an associate in the Litigation and Disputes team, has been appointed by the Law Faculty of the National University of Singapore as an Adjunct Tutor in Equity and Trusts for the academic year 2013/2014. We are proud that the younger members of TSMP make time to develop the next generation of lawyers.

Kelvin has, however, belatedly realized that he has put himself in the front and centre of the firing line for all future trust litigation cases.
