The Opportunity

We’re looking for a 2-4 year PQE lawyer who is interested in M&A and Financing, with a real estate slant; to join our Corporate Real Estate team.

You’ll get to:

• Work on high-value cross-border transactions matters that combine M&A strategies with the intricacies of acquisition and real estate financing

• Collaborate closely with lawyers across related practice areas, both within and outside the team, and lawyers from the United States, Europe and Asia

• Be trained and mentored by our lawyers—prior relevant experience is useful, but curiosity, commitment and a willingness to learn matter just as much
