And if you have received an email from someone purportedly representing TSMP Law Corporation, from an address that does not end with @tsmplaw.com or @tsmp.com.sg, kindly do not respond or click on any attachments. The disputes included multiple adjudication proceedings, commencement of court proceedings and advising on claims. The issues involved in the project were wide ranging including variation claims, concurrent delays, applicability of the completion date and negligence of the consultants and certifiers.
