• Successfully secured full immunity under the leniency programme for a well-known electronics MNC involved in cartel conduct. This was the first full immunity granted in Singapore.

• Advised an international bank in relation to cartel concerns surrounding the potential fixing of the Singapore Inter Bank Offer Rate (SIBOR) and Swap Offer Rate (SOR), as well as anti-competitive issues in the foreign currency market.

• Successfully defended Global Yellow Pages Ltd in an action taken by Promedia Directories Pte Ltd in the High Court, who had alleged, inter alia, abuse of dominant market position on the part of our client.
