And if you have received an email from someone purportedly representing TSMP Law Corporation, from an address that does not end with @tsmplaw.com or @tsmp.com.sg, kindly do not respond or click on any attachments. Vivian’s extensive legal experience spans property and construction disputes, general company and commercial litigation, probate and trusts disputes, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters.
Prior to joining TSMP, Vivian gained offshore experience at a leading international firm based in Singapore, advising and assisting on matters in multiple jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, as well as Bermuda. Together with her previous tour of duty at a prominent mid-sized firm and one of the “Big Four”, this gives the up-and-coming lawyer an ability, which goes beyond that of her peers, to handle a comprehensive variety of matters for a diverse range of clients.
Vivian is fluent in English and Mandarin, and enjoys the occasional banter in Teochew. She believes that kindness and empathy are underrated and strives to bring that to the table whether dealing with clients, colleagues – and even counterparties – as she believes that the best legal solutions ought to be win-win for all.
