TSMP Law Corporation’s Head of IP & TMT Adrian Tan was interviewed on CNA’s Singapore Tonight on 23 December 2019, on the matter where the CPF Board had revealed personal details of a woman in a response to a The Online Citizen article concerning the said woman who was allegedly denied access to her CPF Fund, despite her current medical condition and appeals made to her MP.

Adrian said that Singapore is an open society where the government take in people’s views and sentiments into consideration in their interactions. If people are unhappy about the way their information is being used, they should feedback to the government.
