Adrian Tan mentioned in Lianhe Zaobao on the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong case “由退休法官赵锡燊主管选举事务 两派董事愿让位天后宫或九个月内重选”
Adrian was mentioned in Lianhe Zaobao by Ng Pei Ling, in an update on the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong (THK) case, reporting that a breakthrough is expected in the 10-year-old electoral deadlock (p.7).
The article mentioned Adrian as THK’s lawyer and that following active negotiations, the Court of Three Judges asked both parties to discuss and reach an agreement in private to report to the Court of Appeal next Friday.
