Head of IP and TMT Adrian Tan and his team continue to represent the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong and Burial Ground, which maintains a Chinese temple, in a dispute with the Hainan Hwee Kuan’s president. This is a highly publicised case that goes into the history of, and relationships between, the Hainanese associations in Singapore.
