Adrian Tan’s Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong and Burial Ground case covered in the LHZB: “反驳海南会馆会长潘家海说法 琼州天后宫指资产绝不转给海南会馆”
Head of IP and TMT Adrian Tan and his team continue to represent the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong and Burial Ground, which maintains a Chinese temple, in a dispute with the Hainan Hwee Kuan’s president. This is a highly publicised case that goes into the history of, and relationships between, the Hainanese associations in Singapore. The Lianhe Zaobao published an update to the case in a story on 4 February.
