Adrian Tan’s Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong and Burial Ground case covered in the LHZB: “天后宫与海南会馆诉讼 获高庭批准改为开庭审理”
Head of IP and TMT Adrian Tan and his team are representing the Kheng Chiu Tin Hou Kong and Burial Ground, which maintains a Chinese temple, in a dispute with the Hainan Hwee Kuan’s president. This is a highly publicised case that goes into the history of, and relationships between, the Hainanese associations in Singapore. The Lianhe Zaobao published a story on this on 1 December.
