In a MediaCorp Channel 8 news segment aired on 2 April 2019 about the new tripartite wrongful dismissal guidelines, Felicia Tan said: “大约四分之一或三分之一的增幅。现在行情紧张的时候，很多公司可能会选择让一些高薪员工离职。这也是会造成另外一种可能不当解雇的风险。” (Approximately one-quarter or one-third of the increase. Now when the market is tight, many companies may choose to let some high-paid employees leave. This will also create another risk of improper dismissal. ”
