Stefanie Yuen Thio spoke at a breakfast panel discussion at the Singapore Governance & Transparency Forum 2017.
While the general improvement in governance and transparency ranking across the board is encouraging, the panellists were concerned with the stragglers, and shared the views of the audience that good rankings do not always translate into good shareholder returns.
