Stefanie was interviewed by Poh Lay Hoon in Lianhe Zaobao, in an article on WFH arrangements (p.7).
Her article featured Stefanie’s comments noting that WFH as a rigid structure is ineffective and, in a professional services firm, could potentially result in more mistakes being made.
Stefanie also highlighted that Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) are the true wave of the future and that to be truly “flexible”, FWA need to be customisable for each person.
The article also noted that while TSMP does not force its staff to return to the office, most of them are in these days unless they have a special reason to WFH.
