TSMP is pleased to be acting for joint financial advisers Citibank, Credit Suisse and OCBC in the proposed merger of OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust and OUE Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (together with OUE Hospitality Business Trust) by way of a trust scheme of arrangement, involving total assets of about $6.8 billion, making the merged entity one of Singapore’s largest REITs. A team comprising Stefanie Yuen Thio and Chee Chin Wi is working on this deal.
