We are pleased to announce that TSMP has acted for car dealership and automotive parts maker MeGroup Ltd. in its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange. CIMB Bank is the sponsor and issue manager and CGS-CIMB Securities is the underwriter and placement agent for the IPO. The team comprising Stefanie Yuen Thio and Leon Lim V-King worked on this deal.
