Kevin graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2015 under the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship, and was subsequently admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore in 2016. Kevin’s experience encompasses advising and representing local and foreign clients in variety of matters, including corporate and shareholders disputes, commercial disputes, employment disputes, property and construction disputes, IP/IT disputes, restructuring and insolvency matters, and regulatory and compliance matters in various forums, including courts and tribunals.
Prior to joining TSMP, Kevin practised in an international law firm specialising in IP/IT matters with an emphasis in Fintech and payments, AI, cybersecurity, digital transformations and other technology-centric innovations.
Kevin had also spent a stint with a “magic circle” barristers’ chambers in London, as part of the Christopher Bathurst Prize, which he won in 2017.
Kevin is also an active member in the international arbitration scene in Singapore. He is a member of the Young Members Group of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Singapore, and has published on various topics relating to international arbitration. He recently won a prize in the Young SIAC Essay Competition in 2019.
Born and raised in Indonesia, Kevin speaks Bahasa Indonesia, in addition to English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin. He was recognised by Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore's 30 Most Influential Lawyers under 40, in 2023.
