“A rising tide lifts all boats. So do what you can to fill the ocean, lake, or even a bathtub.”
A key member of TSMP’s corporate team, Leon practises across a spectrum of corporate finance, from IPOs and secondary fundraises to private equity and venture capital investments.
He has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, from international financial institutions and public-listed companies to early- and mid-stage start-ups, to whom he dedicates the same amount of meticulous detail and care.
In his university days, Leon was proud to be a starring member of an improvisational 70’s rock-funk band. While his superstar dreams have since faded, he carries forward the same spirit to his practice, bringing creative solutions to client’s needs and contract negotiations. Leon has seen the value of teamwork first-hand in the success of his band, and he is a lifelong believer that the best outcomes result from collaboration.
Leon was recognised by Singapore Business Review's list of Singapore's 30 most influential lawyers under 40 in 2023.

Advised the reconstituted board of Catalist-listed Axington Inc, in a spin-off cum reverse takeover transaction with Mainboard-listed Serial System Ltd. This deal was significant as Axington Inc. has had a troubled past - their shareholders had infamously tried to acquire Newcastle Football Club until doctored photos with Obama surfaced.
