Associate Director
“Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.”
Brenda is as resilient as she is resourceful and diligent. Add to that a depth of patience envied by her colleagues, and you have a highly committed advocate who has earned the trust of her clients by approaching their challenges as her own and striving for a seamless deal execution every time.
Since getting called to the Singapore Bar in 2019, Brenda has advised a diverse range of clients, including local and international banks, real estate investment trusts, and respected property developers. Her practice is marked by a robust portfolio spanning intricate financing structures and complex corporate real estate transactions. She also works on general corporate matters, including share and business sales.
Since her pre-University years, she has volunteered at Meet-the-People sessions, gaining valuable insights into societal challenges. She now continues her community service work by offering corporate secretarial support to charitable organisations such as SG Her Empowerment Limited (SHE) and iC2 Prephouse Limited.
Outside of her professional commitments, Brenda enjoys hobbies such as crocheting and punch needling (did we mention patience?), as well as exploring the cultural richness of the world. She hopes to one day sail across the Atlantic, just perhaps not during winter.
