The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for ambitious Singapore-law qualified Associates or Senior Associates to join our leading Banking & Finance and Private M&A team, which sits within our wider Corporate Practice.
The ideal candidate will have between two and four years’ post-qualification experience in a transactional Banking & Finance or Corporate team in a reputable firm. Candidates with a strong grounding in general Corporate Practice who are eager to pivot into a Banking & Finance role, or who would like to progress in both practice areas, are also encouraged to apply.
The Role
You will deliver first-rate legal advice and services across a broad spectrum of matters, including:
- complex banking and finance transactions, including general bank lending, leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated lending facilities, and capital markets issuances; and
- private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, equity fundraisings, and a wide range of other banking, corporate, and commercial mandates.
