TSMP Law Corporation partner in the construction practice Kishan Pillay was quoted in a Bloomberg story published on 12 February 2020 on Figment Pte’s entrance into the co-living sector in Singapore. He said that as the market expands, operators need to offer unique and curated experiences.
“First and foremost, it shouldn’t be a race to the pricing bottom,” he said.
It also probably will not be long before property developers and other real estate firms start buying or partnering proven co-living operators to get into the sector, he added.
