Ian was interviewed in International Employment Lawyer (IEL) by Shani Alexander, on what the Singapore government is doing to clamp down on workplace safety lapses.
With the Ministry of Manpower looking more deeply into causes of injuries and at companies which are not taking workplace safety more seriously, employers now face “safety time-outs” as one of the repercussions of workplace safety neglect.
