Ian was quoted in The Business Times by Vivienne Tay and Sharanya Pillai, in an article noting that the exclusion of street-hail taxis as well as logistics companies that use self-employed delivery persons on an ad-hoc basis from the CPF scheme and work injury coverage could lead to unintended issues.
