Ian was quoted by Judith Tan in The Straits Times, in an article on whether Red Crowns Senior Living (RCSL) had possibly flouted the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
The Ministry of Manpower is investigating whether RCSL’s “unusual” model for eldercare has breached any regulations.
