Nicholas Ngo was interviewed by Chantelle Cloete in International Employment Lawyer.
The article discussed the imminent guidelines that would be released by the Singapore government regarding the inclusion of restrictive clauses in employment contracts.
Nicholas was quoted saying the guidelines should be seen as a good thing, as they will assist both employers and employees in better understanding the limits of restrictive covenants. He added that the role of restrictive covenants should be to protect legitimate business interests, not necessarily stifle competition or gain unfair advantages.
