Stefanie Yuen Thio interviewed in Lianhe Zaobao on the legal rights of creditors following crypto currency issuer Terraform Labs’ collapse

Stefanie was quoted in Lianhe Zaobao, in journalist Chau Yueh Shyang’s article on Terraform Labs, an exempt private company registered in Singapore.
The article spotlighted the legal action taken if such companies violate the laws in other jurisdictions, and featured Stefanie’s comments that even if the debt was incurred abroad, if the debtor company is Singapore registered, the creditors have a right to take legal action and that success would depend on how much the company has in assets and cash.
