Stefanie was quoted saying that an effective Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure requires a certain degree of response wisdom, public awareness and business sensitivity. She also advises relationship managers and real estate agents to understand their clients’ businesses, consider if the money made is reasonable and think about the logic behind what clients say.
