Singapore has become the hot seat for International Arbitration in Asia, thanks to its central position and proximity to developing economies. We are not just positioned strategically at the eye of the storm, but also well-equipped to handle the resulting need for International Arbitration in construction, commercial contracts, Information Technology as well as investment disputes.
TSMP’s clients include multi-national corporations from the United States of America, Europe and Japan and large corporations from the ASEAN economic bloc. Our bench strength includes five senior lawyers, including Senior Counsel, who are Fellows of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
We have, in addition, built up considerable specialist expertise in dealing with arbitration related Court work, such as setting-aside awards, enforcement of awards, jurisdictional disputes and anti-suit injunctions. Many of our cases have become well known and significant cases contributing to international jurisprudence in arbitration law.
