On 11 January 2022, TSMP Law Corporation head of IP & TMT and Law Society President Adrian Tan’s “Opening of Legal Year” speech was covered in the BT, ST and Today.
The coverage mainly focused on the high attrition rate of junior lawyers in 2021 and how LawSoc plans to address this issue by tackling the new needs of young lawyers surrounding mental wellness, mentorship, as well as hybrid work arrangements.
