Adrian Tan quoted in CNA on Singapore’s first code of conduct for pedestrians
TSMP Law Corporation head of IP & TMT Adrian Tan was quoted on a Channel NewsAsia segment on 5 August 2020 on the new pedestrian code of conduct. He said that fines will not be meted out for pedestrians who disregard the guidelines, but if in doing so they get hurt, the court might be less sympathetic towards them.
