The article reported on a recent apex court ruling, where a Dr Ian Lee Pheng Lip, a general practitioner from Integrated Medicine Clinic who prescribed unlicensed hormones, failed in his appeal to the highest court to quash his convictions and sentences by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). His 18-month suspension begins in two weeks, and he has to pay $50,000 – the cost of the appeal – to the SMC.

Shen Yi, Arvindren and Ryan were mentioned as the lawyers from TSMP who represented SMC in this matter.
