Felicia was quoted by Crystal Heng in Lianhe Zaobao, in her article on corporate restructuring trends in Singapore (p. 22).
The article included Felicia’s comments that Singapore has increasingly been recognised as a debt restructuring hub thanks to legislation and case law, which also makes it easier for companies on the verge of bankruptcy to proceed with debt restructuring.
