TSMP’s M&A department is pleased to have advised Singapore Medical Group (SMG) in its acquisition of a paediatric clinic at Mount Alvernia Hospital for SGD7.9 million. The Catalist-listed healthcare provider has just moved into the paediatric space six months ago and this is its third clinic is this specialty.
