Poh Tiong Choon chairman makes SGD1.30/shr takeover offer

Our M&A team is proud to be advising Tower Capital Logistics L.P. in the takeover of Poh Tiong Choon Logistics, one of Asia’s largest land transport providers. Headed by Stefanie Yuen Thio, the team handling this S$275.5 million deal comprises Wen-na Wun, Nadia A. Samdin and Sarah Chan. The offer is made by Respond Logistics, an entity used by a consortium comprising Poh Tiong Choon’s chairman Poh Choon Ann and Tower Capital Logistics L.P., an affiliate of Tower Capital Asia.
