Stefanie Yuen Thio comments in Business Times: “Raffles Infrastructure on new path to redemption”

In a story published on 24 October 2018 in the Business Times regarding China Fibretech’s rebranding as Raffles Infrastructure that touched on the board appointment of a CEO without going through the Nomination Committee, deviating from the 2012 SGX Code of Corporate Governance, Stefanie Yuen Thio said that Mr Choo’s appointment may have come at a time of turmoil in the company, when it could have been difficult to observe the best corporate governance practices.
