Stefanie Yuen Thio comments in BT: “Chase for yields sends S-Reits on a bull ride this year”

TSMP Law Corporation Joint Managing Partner Stefanie Yuen Thio was quoted in a Business Times story published on 11 December 2019 on the prospects of S-Reits next year. She noted that there are a few Reits in the pipeline, which are likely to launch in the first half of next year, and that with the global economic uncertainty growing, secondary equity fund-raising and placements will keep coming onto the market, as S-Reits seek to bolster their balance sheets.
