Stefanie was quoted in The Straits Times by Osmond Chia, who reported on the Online Harms Symposium held at the Singapore Management University from Monday (Sep 25) to Wednesday (Sep 27).
The article included Stefanie’s comments in her capacity as a lawyer and SG Her Empowerment (SHE) founding chairwoman, where Stefanie noted that she was in support of an independent agency for online safety, and that SHE’s surveys have found that the main concern among victims was the ability to take immediate action.
