TSMP acts in US$520 million Chinatown Point Mall deal

We are pleased to announce that TSMP acts for a fund managed by Pan Asia Realty Advisors (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Mitsubishi Estate and CLSA, in their purchase of a Perennial Real Estate Holdings-led consortium’s entire stake in Chinatown Point Mall, for S$520 million.
