TSMP acts for SDC to successfully dismiss appeal in dental misconduct case

A dentist serving out a 15-month suspension for delegating dental procedures to his clinic assistants lost his court fight on Tuesday (April 3) against being suspended for another 15 months. TSMP’s Thio Shen Yi, SC, acted for the Singapore Dental Council.
