We are pleased to announce that we acted for Catalist-listed concert promotion and event production company UnUsUal Limited in relation to a binding heads of agreement entered into between UnUsUal Limited and Nick Grace Management Ltd. to develop and produce APOLLO,  a show that celebrates the 50th anniversary of man’s first steps on the moon. UnUsUaL and NGM will form a joint venture company (“JVCo”) under the HOA.
