The article features Stef’s comments noting Sim Wong Hoo’s pivotal role in the business and how his demise leaves a hole in the leadership and day to day management, resulting in market speculation that his heirs are not active in the business.
Stef also added that it will be a hard decision for Creative’s heirs regarding staying invested or selling away the legacy, and that succession planning and transparency with that process is important to manage stakeholders.
