The article featured Stefanie’s comments noting that uncertainty prevails in the oil and gas industry as ESG concerns have altered the long-term outlook for oil.

Stefanie also highlighted that while SGX has not imposed a mandatory limit on the suspension period, companies need to show a viable rescue plan, which is often through a large capital injection.

She added that ongoing macroeconomic issues and geopolitical tensions are causing investors to be vigilant.
