TSMP acts as Singapore counsel to Bank of America N.A. in US$341 million Eagle Hospitality Trust financing deal
We are pleased to be acting as Singapore counsel to Bank of America N.A., in connection with Eagle Hospitality Trust’s US$341 million pre-IPO syndicated financing. The other lenders are Bank of the West, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank and UBS AG. Stefanie Yuen Thio and Leon V-King are working on this deal.
