TSMP acts for vendor in the S$235 million sale of Bay Hotel Singapore
TSMP has acted in the sale of Bay Hotel Singapore for a consideration of S$235 million. Bay Hotel Singapore is a 4 star hotel located on a freehold property near Sentosa Island and Vivocity.
The hotel was sold to a Datapulse Technology-Pam Holdings consortium with a view to rebrand the hotel, which will be managed by an international hotel management firm.
A team comprising practice head Jennifer Chia, Yvonne Lian, Lena Yeo and Natasha Lim worked on this deal.
