Leon Lim was quoted in The Business Times by Megan Cheah. The article covered how new REIT listings might contribute to Singapore’s IPO scene in 2025, following renewed interest after the US Federal Reserve’s interest rate cuts in September and November (p. 1).
Leon said that interest rates are not expected to come down as much under a Trump presidency, and with the US dollar strengthening in the short term, cash may flow to the US in the near term.
