The article, on the quiet crisis of online abuse, shared anecdotes from victims and what can be done to support them. Commenting on the four reforms proposed by SHE, Stef said that they must be backed by mindset shifts, especially among youth, whose earliest online experiences often shape what they accept as normal. She warns that if we don’t challenge these norms now, online harms won’t just be normalised – they’ll be entrenched.
