Jennifer Chia quoted in BT: “HR firms favour encouraging, not mandating vaccines for staff”
TSMP Law Corporation head of corporate real estate Jennifer Chia was quoted in a 01 July 2021 Business Times article about employers and landlords requiring vaccination for their employees and tenants respectively.
She said that while landlords have an exclusive right to possession and may exclude any person from their premises, they have to avoid discrimination against those who are ineligible or not yet vaccinated.
